MY WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM

The following points are what I mainly focus on when it’s time to trim you down:

Locating and analyzing your anatomical locations. There are about eight points that I discuss in great
detail with my prospective clients at our initial meeting.

Identifying your
Somatype (body type).

Learning your
Bioenergetics (calorie expenditure).

Finding your best plane of motion. This is the most important point of all. Once I understand your body
and its capabilities, I will know which of the three planes of motion your body moves in most effectively.
It is then that I can turn your body into a 24-hour calorie-burning machine.

I consistently apply the Law of Thermodynamics to its fullest extent. In order for the Law of
Thermodynamics to take place, more energy has to be burned than consumed. Many trainers make the
mistake of not applying this law and concentrating more on balance, post-rehabilitation and stability
training. They try to act as chiropractors or physiotherapists. While its true that you need to make sure
that your posture and balance are progressing equally, wasting a personal training session with
physiotherapists is ineffective when it comes to muscle toning and weight loss.

Finally,
EPOC ( Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption) is the state of the body's elevated metabolism
even following exercise. Once I thoroughly understand your body's mechanics as I mentioned above, I
will turn your body into a daily calorie -burning machine based on exhibited muscle memory. My training
techniques mimic the majority of your day-to-day activities. Therefore, you will follow daily movements
similar to my training techniques allowing you to burn more body fat. This process is called
EPOC.


Mastering these concepts is not an easy task. The above-mentioned points come from hundred of hours
of studying the human anatomy and biomechanics, along with years of experience in the nutrition and
fitness fields. This program will soon be my Personal Training Trademark System.
