How do I do it?

The first premise which you all must understand is this one: Kids are not adults. Kids can not be blamed for being obese, lazy, undisciplined or uninterested when it comes to exercise and sound eating practices. You need to set small goals and help them reach each one of them.

My program is simple and consist of teaching them how to like themselves, how to build consistent exercise and eating habits. As a result of this, they start recovering their self esteem and confidence. Which will not only help them to thrive. It will also help me to gain their respect! Here is what the program will do for every child in need of better health and weight loss management: Exercise. We work with your kids strength level, by applying calisthenics, and body exercises.

Core Strengthening Exercises for Kids. That is consistently one of our main priorities at Shapes. WHY? Because there are a lot of parents, teachers, and therapists out there who don’t know that developmental skills for kids build on each other.

Core strengthening is essential for the progression of other developmental skills. The core is the center of control for everything else the body does. It’s difficult to balance, perform coordinated movements on both sides of the body, sit up straight in a chair, hold a pencil, control scissors, or jump if you don’t have a strong core. We know that decreased core strength commonly contributes to other issues like W-Sitting and delayed motor skill development. And we also find that more and more kids are having difficulty with maintaining functional posture at home and in the classroom and with overall body strength.
