How Cardio Boxing Can Improve Parkinson’s Disease!

It’s not surprised to anyone these days the alarming  NJ parkinson’s disease rates. If you are one of the thousands of individuals, whose disease has started, or, it  is already very pronounced. In addition boxing is an incredible stress reliever and a dopamine booster. (Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that “when kicks in”  induces the brain to feel motivated, rewarded and accomplished).  That’s why boxing is very important, not only for brain relief, but also to slow down conditions, patients have a hard time with, such as: walking, navigating obstacles, talking, writing, singing, typing,  sitting, and maintaining control of their limbs.

This neurodegenerative disorder can impact almost everyone of their day to day activities. As well as causing sleep disruption disorders. And to make matter’s worst, depression could be another symptom link to the population suffering from it.
