3rd Dimension fitness has been designed to continuously challenge your body and
motivate you! We have broken down our program in 6 phases of fitness training:

1st Month is our Kick Off phase
2nd Month Beginning phase
3rd Month Intermediate phase
4th Month Advance phase
5th Month Elite phase
6th Month master phase

All phases of training target all body parts. As you move on with your program you feel you
have accomplished a great deal of things. Every single phase of the program is challenging
and motivating no matter what your level of physical fitness is.
