This revolutionary exercise regimen produces a healthy sweat and burns fat while building
strength, Endurance and muscle tone. In 3 planes of motion, 3rd dimension fitness combines
aerobics, stretching and balance for stability. You will Look better, feel better and sleep
better. Your lungs and heart will thank you.

How it works?

     We teach our members how to exercise by using proper form, frequency and intensity.  
Our approach to fitness is unique in that we are the only fitness company that maintains an
individualized level of fitness for each client by customizing an individualized program in
writing for each individual’s fitness needs.  
These are a sequence of work outs that are guided by a professional trainer. In which each
month the client will receive a different training program. Each client will bridge to a new level
of fitness until reach level six!
Members; unlike most health clubs will be able to train in a safely, challenging and semi-
private environment. After completing the six month program. Each member will be able to
train by herself and organize their exercise routine with proper form and knowledge to
achieve maximum gains.

These are the programs by categories:


Month #1:   (Total Body Conditioning )
Month #2:   (Total Body Strength Training)
Month #3:   (Total Body Strength – Cardio)

Month #4:  (Total Body Endurance)
Month #5:  (Total Body Strength – Core)
Month #6:  ( Plyometricore)
